WHAT iF Jewelry is handmade from start to finish in Salt Lake City. We want to make sure each piece gets the time and attention it deserves, so please allow 4-6 weeks for all engagement pieces and 2-3 weeks for all other made to order jewelry. For ready to ship please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Each piece is hand-crafted, so every one differs slightly in its own unique way. Your ring, pendant, is individual to you. 

All packages are sent free of charge by either USPS or UPS, tracked.

Exchanges and returns. I accept returns for store credit. Since these are handmade pieces, I only accept returns for production faults. If you’re unsatisfied for any other reason, you can exchange the unworn item for something of equal or lesser value.

Service & Warranty.All my pieces are welcomed to be sent back for service and repairs due to normal ‘wear and tear’. Please know that any repairs that arise from carelessness or negligence to follow care instructions will be assessed and worked on a fair labor and material rate. This especially applies to damaged gemstones that must be replaced due to carelessness.

Opals are formed from a solution of silicon dioxide and water, as water runs down through the earth it picks up silica from the sandstone, and cares this silica rich solution into cracks and voids cause by natural faults or decomposing fossils. as the water evaporates, it leaves behind a silca deposit. This cycle repeats over very long periods of time eventually an opal is formed. Opals formed during the Cretaceous period. Between 65-140 million years ago in a inland sea called the Great Basin.
