WHAT iF Jewelry is handmade from start to finish in Salt Lake City. We want to make sure each piece gets the time and attention it deserves, so please allow 4-6 weeks for all engagement pieces and 2-3 weeks for all other made to order jewelry. For ready to ship please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Each piece is hand-crafted, so every one differs slightly in its own unique way. Your ring, pendant, is individual to you.
All packages are sent free of charge by either USPS or UPS, tracked.

Exchanges and returns. Since these are handmade pieces, I do not accept returns unless it is due to a production fault. If you are unsatisfied with the jewelry for any other reason, you may exchange the unworn piece for something of equal or lesser value.
Service & Warranty.All my pieces are welcomed to be sent back for service and repairs due to normal ‘wear and tear’. Please know that any repairs that arise from carelessness or negligence to follow care instructions will be assessed and worked on a fair labor and material rate. This especially applies to damaged gemstones that must be replaced due to carelessness.
